SHIPPING INFORMATION
DELIVERY PRACTICE
Please make sure when signing for your order you’re signing for the right quantity of items or boxes on the screen of the delivery drivers’ handheld device as you will be signing for the full delivery. If you sign for 5 items & only 2 were delivered, you are agreeing with the driver & delivery company you received the 5 and not 2, these discrepancies are for you to deal with as your signature is you agreeing to take responsibility of the goods from that date on.
If you have any issues with missing stock i.e. items, bales or else, you must inform us within 24hrs of delivery so we can issue claims against our delivery company. Any claims made after 24hrs, we cannot take responsibility of and you will lose your claim with us as we have no cover after that time paired with our delivery companies.
Any claims for under weight items or bales must be addressed within 24hrs of delivery & the sacks or bales must be unopened. Once you open the sacks/bales you are agreeing the correct weight was in the package & no claim for under weight can be claimed for.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer international shipping to most countries. Unfortunately, depending on the country you are ordering from, we will not be able to process your order.
If the situation happens we will refund you within a week.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties charges on your items when entering your country. There is nothing we can do to prevent this and we are not liable to pay your charges. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes, so check with your own Border Force before purchase to anticipate any charge(s).
DELIVERIES & DISPATCHING
All orders may take up to 10 business days to process from the date you place your order on our website.
Once a week orders are shipped, subsequently our warehouse will send you a tracking number by email when your order has been shipped.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
